Account registration and eligibility
Eligibility Requirements:

– You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations
– You must be authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your organisation
Account Security
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or client portal access provided to you
– You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account or campaign assets
– You are liable for all activities conducted under your account
– We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show suspicious activity or breach these Terms
Acceptable use policy
Permitted Uses

– Accessing performance data, reports, and analytics related to your own campaigns.
– Communicating with your dedicated account manager for strategic guidance and updates.

Service level agreement
Service Availability:
– We commit to delivering all agreed services within the timelines outlined in your service agreement
– Planned updates or maintenance will be communicated with advance notice where possible
– Emergency situations affecting service delivery will be communicated to you promptly
Payment terms
Pricing and Billing:
– Service fees are based on the specific services and package agreed in your signed service agreement
– Payments are due according to the billing schedule outlined in your service agreement
– Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your agreement
– We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance written notice
Support Response Times
– Standard account support: Response within 24 hours during business days
– Priority support requests: Response within 4 hours during business days
– Emergency campaign issues: Response within 2 hours during active campaign periods
– Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
